Fees & Credits

Credits pay for Signo's AI planning work. Ordinary wallet-signed swaps and bridges currently carry no Signo execution fee. Shield execution carries a 10 bps (0.1%) fee on the amount spent.

Plans and credits — Signo's AI work

Free plan. No credits. Up to 15 requests a day. A request is a question in chat, a drafted plan, or an agent firing an action. Wallet Insights scans are free on every plan, once a day.

Paid plans. Credits meter the AI. $1 = 100 credits.

  • Informational conversation: 1 credit per message (questions, explanations, a clarifying question Signo asks back, a refusal).
  • Execution work: 5 credits when Signo delivers a ready-to-sign transaction plan. Creating an Agent from the Agents surface is free. If a Prepare Agent later fires and drafts a ready-to-sign plan, that delivered plan costs 5 credits; Notify-only monitoring and alerts are free. An empty or refused run stays at 1.

Getting credits. Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance: 1,000 credits on Plus and 10,000 on Pro, every month, on monthly and annual plans. Unused allowance expires at the end of that month. Paid plans can also buy more credits in Settings, with a card or an on-chain transfer. Credits belong to the account, not to a single wallet. See Pricing.

Expiry. Purchased credits expire 12 months from the purchase date. Promotional credits follow the expiry terms shown when they are granted. Expired credits are forfeited and are not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Terms of Service for the governing terms.

Execution fee

Ordinary wallet-signed swaps and bridges: currently zero.

Shield execution: 10 bps (0.1%) on the amount a firing spends. The rate is stamped into the permission when it is registered. Both the per-firing limit and the lifetime limit you enter are before fees: the fee comes on top. The registered lifetime cap and the token approval include a fee buffer rounded up to the token's smallest unit; spending plus fees counts against that on-chain cap.

For example, a per-firing limit of 5 and a lifetime limit of 50 allows ten full firings of 5. At 0.1%, each costs 5.005, for 50.05 in total. See What you authorize for approval and gas details.

Router and network costs

Signo routes orders through third-party infrastructure, and those parties have their own costs. Ordinary wallet-signed routes carry no additional Signo execution fee; Shield firings carry the 10 bps fee above. You should also know what's inside a quote:

  • Router fee (EVM). Many EVM swaps and bridges route through LI.FI, which can charge its own fee. When a route uses LI.FI, that fee is included in the quoted output — the number you see is what arrives. Some protocol-native routes, like supported Pendle actions, do not use LI.FI.
  • OKX DEX swaps. Ordinary same-chain X Layer swaps and supported Shield Execute swap legs on X Layer and Arbitrum use OKX DEX. Ordinary wallet-signed Chat swaps on Arbitrum use LI.FI. Signo sets no OKX partner fee. Under OKX's API fee policy, OKX retains positive slippage — improvement over the quoted output — capped at 10% of trade value. This is not a flat 10% charge: it applies only when execution improves on the quote. Shield firings also pay the separate 10 bps Shield fee above. Slippage settings and any signed permission price rule constrain the downside separately; an Unpriced permission has no on-chain price check. Bridges to or from X Layer still use LI.FI.
  • DEX / AMM fees. Every swap fills through liquidity pools that charge a trading fee, typically a few hundredths to a few tenths of a percent depending on the pool. On Solana, Jupiter itself adds no aggregator fee — pool fees are the only trading cost. Already reflected in the quote.
  • Bridge provider fees. Cross-chain routes pay the bridge's own relayer or protocol fee, which varies by route and size. Also already inside the quoted output.
  • Network gas. Paid to the chain, estimated in the Action Plan before you sign.
  • Pendle trades. Pendle's own AMM fee is surfaced separately in the Action Plan.

Everything above is shown in the Action Plan before you sign — the quote you approve is net of the route-level costs Signo can quote.

Pricing visibility

Any costs on a route are displayed in the Action Plan before you sign. Your credit balance and per-action cost are shown in the app. No hidden cuts.

What's coming

  • API + SDK — the private-beta API uses the same credits rails; SDK packaging and final GA pricing come later.

Sharing a Signo flow can record referral attribution, but does not currently promise a payout or a share of execution fees. User-created flows stay private. See Referring friends.
