Wallets

Signo never holds your keys. Every signing event happens in your wallet, locally.

Add a wallet

Connect a wallet and sign the sign-in message to add it to your account. The message is not a transaction, costs no gas, and does not authorize spending. An existing device session may let you reconnect without another message. Your wallets:

  • Show up in Portfolio.
  • Are addressable by name or address in Chat ("send 100 USDC from my-trezor").

Connecting is the only way to add a wallet. Signo does not track a wallet from a pasted address.

Choose a wallet for signing

You can keep wallets in your account without keeping each one selected in your wallet app. Select the wallet you want to use when an action asks you to sign.

Connecting works for both EVM and Solana wallets. Signing in is separate from signing a transaction or authorizing an Agent.

Account and sessions

Your wallet list belongs to your account and follows you across browsers after sign-in. A signed-out browser does not show the account's wallets.

  • Settings → Account lists your sign-in wallets. A wallet can belong to only one account. If it belongs to another account, sign out of the current account to use it; to move it, remove it from the original account first.
  • Remove on Wallets takes the wallet off the account, not just this browser. You cannot remove the last sign-in wallet; add another one first.
  • Settings → Sessions and security lists your devices. Sign out ends the session on this device and disconnects its wallet. It does not revoke an Execute permission or disconnect a separately authorized AI app.
  • Settings → Connected apps lists AI apps you have authorized, such as Claude. Use Disconnect there to revoke an app's access. See Connect your Signo account.
  • Settings → AI Models manages optional model subscriptions used by Advanced reasoning. This is separate from Connected apps: see Advanced reasoning with your subscription.

Removing a wallet

Removing a wallet stops Portfolio tracking and sign-in for that address, but it is not the same as deleting the account or revoking an on-chain permission.

  • Notify and Prepare Agents stay with the account. Their delivered history, Chat history, saved flows, and saved Insights move to the first remaining wallet on the same chain. If no same-chain wallet remains, those records are archived under the released account key and are no longer shown. If the removed wallet later joins another Signo account, the earlier account's data does not follow it.
  • The removed wallet's note, per-wallet profile, and prompt history are deleted. Its wallet-specific Telegram link is turned off.
  • Execute Agents stay bound to the wallet that signed their Shield permission. Removing the wallet does not pause the Agent or revoke its permission. Revoke the permission from that wallet on the Agents page if you want it to stop.

Wallet limits

Free allows 1 wallet on, Plus 3, and Pro 15. Wallets beyond your plan's allowance stay saved but are turned off by the plan; a downgrade can turn off wallets above the new allowance. Review usage in Settings → Plan and credits. See Pricing for current limits.

Wallet memory

Signo keeps a small, per-wallet memory so planning gets smarter the more you use it:

  • Patterns — behavioral observations derived from the wallet's public on-chain activity (protocols you use repeatedly, how positions are managed over time), each backed by the public transactions it was observed in. These power the insights on the wallet's page and the Suggested agents you see on the Agents page.
  • Notes — short descriptions you write yourself ("cold storage", "the trading wallet"). Chat can quote them back when you ask what a wallet is for, and planning uses them to pick the right wallet for a job.
  • Preferences — an internal summary of the assets, chains, and protocols you actually work with, derived from your prompts and in-app activity. It personalizes planning and is never shown publicly.

Everything here is computed from public on-chain data and your own activity in Signo — never from your keys, and never from off-chain accounts. Patterns and notes are keyed to the wallet address and are removed from the account when that wallet is removed. Preferences can be used across your linked wallets so planning reflects you as one user, not a set of isolated accounts.

Privacy controls, export, and deletion. Settings includes privacy controls such as product-analytics opt-out. Settings → Privacy and data → Download my data downloads a ZIP of CSV files for the wallets on your signed-in account, with a folder per wallet. You do not need to connect or switch wallets for the download. It includes wallet records, flows, agents, alerts, patterns, credit history and Telegram-link information.

The self-service bundle is not a complete account-data export: Chat transcripts and some derived personalization data, such as the internal preference summary, are available by request instead. For data not included in the download, or to exercise access, portability or deletion rights, use the request process in the Privacy Policy. The self-service history window does not replace that process—the privacy-request route.

Agent-notification history in the download follows the plan's history window: 30 days on Free, 90 on Plus, and no plan-imposed window on Pro. Older history is hidden, not deleted merely because it falls outside that window. One download covers up to 20 account wallets. A wallet that cannot be read is skipped, and an individual section can contain an error instead of records. Check the folders and files; if data is missing, retry or use the privacy-request route.

Execute permissions survive data deletion. A deletion request removes Signo's stored Execute records, including permission copies, proposals, runs and firings, but does not revoke the permission or token approval on chain. Before requesting deletion, revoke your Execute permissions, wait for confirmation, and remove approvals you no longer need. This is different from Revoke and delete on the Agents page. Public blockchain records remain. See Before requesting data deletion.
